A simple guide to successfully create jelly and vodka shots!
Ingredients
1. Jelly – any flavor, try and be creative i find apple and watermelon taste really good.
2. Vodka – any really i like to match up flavor infused with the jelly. Green Apple Vodka and watermelon jelly work well together.
3. Water
4. Plastic Shot Glasses – easy to find at most supermarkets.
Method
I find with most peoples / recipes that the jelly shots are hard to drink and take ages of tongue play to get the jelly out of the shot glass. Easy trick just lightly spray the shot glasses with cooking oil, this will help the jelly shots slide straight out. So you really can SHOT THEM.
On to the next part, Slowly and Carefully add boiling water to jelly as per packet instructions into a mixing bowl, and stir until dissolved. When it is time to add the cold water, replace 3/4 of the required amount with you chosen vodka and stir into the jelly mix. Make sure to still add a quarter of cold water, otherwise your jelly won’t set.
Pour the jelly into your plastic shot glasses and allow to set in the fridge for at least four hours.
Your Done!
Enjoy nice and cold! and make sure to keep out of reach of underages!
