I just recieved my first absinthe spoon and for some time I’ve been reviewing absinth brands and have heard that 1901 is a popular type in Canada. Is this true everywhere. Here in the US, I find a large number of brands I have not heard of and am unable to find reviews for. It would be great if a few of you absintheurs who are familiar with Green Fairy would provide their top shelf types. I am a newbie to the drinking absinthe and was suggested that Lucid is a flavorful Verte to start with. Recommendations on is also needed. So I bought a bottle of Mansinthe to test and was really satisfied with it.
