Chocolate Cocktails
Choctails a new category in the upcoming world of cocktails. Chocolate was first enjoyed as a drink before it become the chocolate we know today. In November 2007 it was reported that evidence of the oldest know cultivation and use of cacao was dating as far back as 1100-1400 BC in Honduras.
New would chocolate was enjoyed in a bitter, spicy drink called “Xocolatl” which was made with roasted ground cacao beans, often flavoured with chili, pepper, vanilla and hot water.
